Usha Shilai School, established by SPARSH Sanstha Gadchiroli in association with Usha International New Delhi and Afarm Pune, has provided sustainable employment to poor and needy tribal women of ten villages in the Sonsari area.
In the ten villages of the Sonsari area Kosi, Wasi, Khapri, Chichewada, Dongargaon, Chinewada, Neharpayli, Nanhi, and Sonsari, the tribal poor and needy women were selected as a seven-day residential training was given to the teachers in the Usha Shilai School Sonsari.
